Answers to your frequently asked questions

Pricing, method, how it works, coverage areas: the answers to the questions people ask before starting coaching with Maxime Lansoy.

My health & performance coaching starts from €600 per month, with a minimum of 3 months, at a rate of 2 sessions per week. It is not an hourly session but coaching built over time, with premium follow-up between sessions.

It is primarily for demanding executives, business leaders and self-employed professionals who want to stay performant while protecting their health long-term. The goal is not pure athletic performance, but energy, life balance and everyday quality of life.

I work across Toulouse and its greater area: at home, in your company or outdoors, depending on your constraints. Nearby towns (Blagnac, Colomiers, Saint-Orens, Tournefeuille…) are covered depending on your location : the easiest is to check together during the first conversation.

The P.R.E.M.I.U.M method is my framework, built around 7 pillars: Performance, Recovery, Balance, Movement, Individualisation, Unique and Motivation. The idea is to last: staying in shape while preserving your health, by acting on seven dimensions rather than the workout alone.

The discovery assessment is a 30-minute conversation. We review your energy, sleep, mobility, stress, lifestyle habits and goals. You leave with a clear vision and a personalised action plan: it is the first step, with no commitment whatsoever.

The difference is tailoring and follow-up. Where a gym offers a standard setup, I build a programme entirely adapted to your constraints, resources and goals, with premium support between sessions. Everything around training (recovery, balance, habits) matters as much as the session itself.

No, you do not need to be fit already. The programme starts from your real starting point and adapts to your level, any pain and your schedule. The goal is sustainable progress, not exhausting you from the first session.

Coaching is based on 2 sessions per week, with a minimum 3-month commitment. That consistency is what anchors results over time rather than producing a one-off peak with no lasting effect.

Yes, the programme is built for that. Sessions get rescheduled, the content adapts to your real weeks, and the follow-up between sessions keeps you on course, even remotely. A business trip never derails your progress: the method is designed to absorb busy weeks, not to ignore them.

What changes is the starting point. The programmes you tried were designed for someone with time; here, the programme adapts to your schedule, not the other way round. Short, efficient sessions, managed recovery, follow-up between sessions: when something unexpected comes up, we adjust instead of giving up. Consistency no longer rests on willpower alone.

The first effects are usually felt within the first weeks: more energy, better sleep, less tension. Visible, lasting transformations are built over the course of the coaching, which is exactly why it is designed over several months. The initial assessment sets realistic, measurable goals for your situation.

We adapt, quite simply. The programme is adjusted around your absence: sessions rescheduled, content lightened or done autonomously depending on the context, and the follow-up continues remotely. The coaching is built over time precisely to absorb these periods without losing the thread.

No, nothing is imposed. Nutrition is one lever of the coaching, alongside sleep and recovery: it is activated based on your goals and needs. Without a weight issue, it mainly serves to support your daily energy, never to add pointless constraints.

A state-certified coach (BPJEPS), I have over 6 years of experience. My background spans strength training, mobility, physical preparation, health-focused sport, athletic strength and boxing : a versatility that lets me adapt training to each profile.

Yes. I work with companies that care about their teams’ health: health workshops, prevention of musculoskeletal disorders, mobility at work, stress management and quality of life at work. These interventions reduce absenteeism and improve collective performance.

A sports coach primarily targets physical performance or aesthetics. I position myself as a health & performance coach: training is a means, not an end. The goal is to make you stronger, more mobile and more functional, sustainably, without sacrificing your health or life balance.

The simplest way is to book a discovery assessment or leave a message via the contact page. I reply quickly to set up a first conversation and check that the coaching fits your goals.
